Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders sales within Nebraska. All orders shipping within Nebraska will be charged the applicable sales tax, unless there is a current tax exempt form on file.


All GreenField Direct, LLC or PipeBurst Pro quotes are valid for 30 days. All quotes are reviewed on a case by case basis. Expired quotes must be resubmitted for approval before a purchase order is processed.



Any returned merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, within 30 days and in new condition. No refunds on special orders or items over 30 days old.  No returns without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number which can only be obtained by calling 402-944-7123 and requesting a number OR CLICK HERE. Exchanges will only be allowed for items that are incorrectly shipped by GreenField Direct, LLC. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. GreenField Direct, LLC will pay for the shipping back to the customer if the product was originally shipped incorrectly or if it is a warranty item.


Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call or e-mail during business hours to change your order.


Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, GreenField Direct, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GreenField Direct, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GreenField Direct, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GreenField Direct, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.


Customer Information
Any customer information including any e-mail addresses received by GreenField Direct, LLC will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically GreenField Direct, LLC may wish to communicate with customers via e-mail or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive e-mail communications from GreenField Direct, LLC then you may send an e-mail to GreenField Direct, LLC with “remove from e-mail list” in the subject, and you will not receive any further e-mail communications from us.
